Leadership
Vishruth is the CEO of Privae Realty, a boutique luxury real estate developer crafting luxury, design-led homes in Bengaluru.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University and a Master’s in Real Estate Development from the University of California, Berkeley. Between his academic pursuits, he worked across North America and Europe, gaining valuable exposure to global construction and development practices.
Following his Master’s, Vishruth spent nearly six years in the United States luxury residential sector. He began his career with Brookfield Residential in California, where he gained end-to-end experience across the residential development lifecycle—from land acquisition and planning to design, construction, and delivery. He later joined Toll Brothers, America’s leading luxury homebuilder, where he was part of the team responsible for underwriting and acquiring over 4,000 acres of land for master-planned communities in the Houston metropolitan area.
These experiences reinforced a philosophy that continues to shape Privae: exceptional luxury homes begin with exceptional land. Privae Realty is the culmination of Vishruth’s global experience and his family’s long-standing legacy in real estate. Its design-led approach reflects a thoughtful balance between nature, culture, and contemporary living, where every detail is purposeful and every home is designed to stand the test of time.
